Top quality organic matcha from Uji. Full-bodied, mild and creamy matcha, rich in umami, beautiful green colour. Use it for tea ceremony or a special cup of tea.

Rinse the teabowl and chasen with boiling water. Sift the matcha and put 1-2 teaspoons of matcha in the bowl. Add 80 cc of 80°C water.
