Dealing with Breakage on Delivery

If your items arrive damaged, please don't hesitate to contact us. You can send us a message with proof of the breakage, such as photos of the damaged items and packaging.

Once we have received your message and proof of breakage, we will send replacement items at no additional cost to you. We believe in providing excellent customer service and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us.

Please note that it is important to report any damage as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receiving your order. This will allow us to file a claim with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue quickly.
