A single origin matcha made by the four farmers of Forthees from Sonogi, Kyushu. A well-balanced blend of sweetness and green colour of the cultivar Saemidori and strong umami and deep flavour and aroma of Tsuyuhikari The farmers use no pesticides and make their own organic fertilizer.
