Blend of prize-winning tea farmer Ōyama’s cultivars Yabukita, Saemidori and Tsuyuhikari. First flush. High-fired (tsuyobi) to bring out the aroma. Good balance of sweetness, astringency and umami. Tamaryokucha tea leaves are rolled with less pressure and therefore not straight like sencha.
