A single origin matcha made by the four farmers of Forthees from Sonogi, Kyushu, prize winners of best tea of Japan. A well-balanced blend of sweetness and green colour of the cultivar Saemidori and strong umami and deep flavour and aroma of Tsuyuhikari. The farmers make their own organic fertilizer.
