Teaware products follow a two-stage quality control structure.

Production standards in Japan

Manufacturing is handled by experienced ceramic producers using established production methods and high-grade materials.

Sampling inspection in the EU

Upon arrival in our warehouse, we perform sampling-based quality checks which may include:

  • Visual inspection

  • Glaze and finish verification

  • Packaging integrity checks

These inspections help verify consistency and identify potential issues early.

 


 

Transport & Packaging

Orders are carefully packed to ensure safe transport across Europe.

Protective packing materials and structured packing procedures are used to reduce the risk of transport damage.

 


 

Breakage Policy

In the rare case that items arrive damaged, we ask customers to notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The outer packaging

After review, confirmed damaged items will be replaced accordingly.

Prompt reporting allows us to file claims with the carrier and resolve the situation efficiently.
