Once payment has been received, orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 48 hours.

Our warehouse processes both smaller wholesale orders and larger volume shipments.

All orders are packed carefully to ensure safe transport and product protection.

 


 

Delivery Times

Delivery within Europe generally takes 1–7 business days, depending on destination and shipping carrier.

Delivery times may vary slightly based on location and seasonal logistics conditions.

 


 

Shipping Terms

Our standard delivery terms follow DAP (Delivered At Place).

This means that J-PORT arranges transport to the delivery address, while the buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties, local taxes or customs clearance fees where relevant.

 


 

Transport Damage

Orders are packed carefully to minimize the risk of transport damage.

In the rare case that items arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The outer shipping carton

This allows us to review the situation and arrange replacement where applicable.
