Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. A wholesale account is required to access pricing and place orders.

Do you supply private consumers?

No. We supply business customers only.

How long does account approval take?

Applications are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days.


Ordering & Quantities

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity. You may order from 1 unit per SKU.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. The minimum order value is €100.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through the webshop after account approval.

Can I reorder easily?

Yes. Returning customers can reorder via their account dashboard.


Shipping & Delivery

When is my order shipped?

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and typically shipped within 48 hours.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Europe usually takes 1–7 business days.

Which carriers do you use?

We work with UPS, DHL, Mainfreight, Rhenus and local carriers.

Do you ship outside the Netherlands?

Yes. We supply customers across Europe.


Payments

What are your payment terms?

Orders are processed on prepayment terms.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer.


White Label & Bulk

Do you offer white label solutions?

Yes. We supply matcha and loose leaf tea for private branding.

Can I purchase products unlabeled?

Yes. Products can be supplied unlabeled, allowing you to apply your own branding.

Are there minimum quantities for white label?

Unlabeled formats do not have a general minimum quantity.
Printed packaging may require agreed volumes depending on format.

Do you offer bulk supply?

Yes. Bulk volumes are available on request.


Products & Quality

Where do you source your tea?

We purchase directly from established Japanese producers.

How is quality controlled?

Tea batches are checked upon arrival in our EU warehouse.
Teaware undergoes sampling-based inspection upon arrival.

What should I do if items arrive damaged?

Notify us within 48 hours and provide photo evidence of the damage and packaging.
