Origin: Ureshino, Japan.

Ingredients: Green Tea and cardamon.

This unique tea is prepared by tea master Nagao, according to an ancient procedure, introduced to Japan by the Chinese more than 500 years ago. Kamairicha means kettle-roasted tea. To prevent oxidation right after plucking the tea, the tea is not heated by steaming but by constantly stirring it in an iron kettle. The deep-roasting of the tea gives it its specific sweet, flowery flavor and aroma. Pale yellow liquid in the cup.
Water temperature: 70°C. Use 2-3 g per small cup. Infuse for 1-1.5 min. Pour all tea till the last drop so you can make a good second round with the same tea leaves.
