A first flush tamaryokucha blend of yabukita and okumidori cultivars, by tea master Nagao. Tamaryokucha has curly leaves, sometimes shaped like little commas or balls (“tama”) as a result of the rolling and drying process. Well-balanced with a sweet and savory taste.
Water temperature: 60-70°C. 4 g per cup. Infuse 1 min. Pour till the last drop. Several infusions possible.
