A beautiful first flush tamaryokucha made of single cultivar Tsuyuhikari from tea farmer Yoshitaka Ōyama in Sonogi, Kyushu. Winner of the National Prime Minister’s Prize for best tea in the tamaryokucha category. Tamaryokucha is a traditional tea from Kyushu. The leaves get less pressure in the rolling process, which gives them a bit curly appearance. The tea is marked by its umami and natural fruitiness. Rich yet refreshing, long aftertaste.
Water temperature: 60-70°C. 3 g per cup. Infuse 1-1.5 min.
