How Ordering Works

 

We aim to keep the ordering process straightforward and efficient for all business customers.

Access to pricing and ordering requires an approved wholesale account.
For retail purchases, please visit:


Step 1 – Account Access

Before placing an order, you must register as a business customer.

Once approved, you receive login access to:

  • View wholesale pricing
  • Check product availability
  • Place orders directly

Step 2 – Select Products

Browse our product categories and add items to your cart.

There is no minimum order quantity on standard products.
You may order from 1 item per SKU.

Only specific white label or large-format matcha packaging may require higher quantities.


Step 3 – Order Review & Invoice

After submitting your order, we verify stock availability.

Once confirmed, you receive an invoice including:

  • Product total

  • Shipping costs

  • Payment details


Step 4 – Payment

We operate primarily on prepayment terms.

Payment can be made via direct bank transfer.
Bank details are included on your invoice.

Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.


Step 5 – Dispatch

Orders are shipped from our EU warehouse.

Typical dispatch time for in-stock products:
1–7 business days after payment confirmation.

We work with reliable logistics partners including:

UPS, DHL, Mainfreight, Rhenus and local carriers.


Reordering

Returning customers can reorder easily through their account dashboard.

For larger or recurring volumes, we recommend advance planning to ensure availability.
