Upon receipt of payment, orders are typically shipped within 48 hours.

Delivery time starts from the moment the order has been dispatched.

The carrier is selected based on the destination country and, where appropriate, in consultation with the customer.

Shipping is free.

Belgium & Germany
Free shipping applies to orders over €250.
Orders between €100 and €250: €10 shipping fee.
Other EU Countries
Free shipping applies to orders over €250.
Orders between €100 and €250: €15 shipping fee.

Non-EU Countries
Free shipping applies to orders over €250.
Orders below €250 are not accepted.
Please note that shipments are delivered under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Import duties, local taxes and customs clearance costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.
